Everything changes once we identify with being the witness to the story, instead of the actor in it.
—Ram Dass
It began with a quiet knowing.
Hello, and thank you for your interest in my work.
My journey began with a quiet knowing: the strategies that once brought external success wouldn’t bring me home to myself—to rootedness, to peace, to love.
I had spent years building, achieving, and leading.
But the “destination” felt hollow, lonely, unfulfilling.
What I longed for was a return to wholeness. Slowly, I learned to surrender, to soften.
To listen.
To turn toward what had been buried—in my lineage, in my body, in my heart.
That turn changed everything.
The Inner Work That Changes Everything
With the guidance of generous teachers, healers, and decades of research and experimentation, I learned inner practices that helps me move from quiet knowing to living in alignment and congruence.
These practices haven’t made life flawless or easy.
I still stumble. I still get stretched.
But now, I trust that my practice will bring me back to center.
It helps me remember.
It helps me find clarity and act from the rooted, spacious center of my Self—even in challenging times.
It’s not perfect. But knowing how to reconnect with the wise Grandmother within me has changed everything.

Coming Home to the Wisdom Within
I work with cycle breakers to transform patterns shaped by lived experience, lineage, and culture, so they can live and lead from the wisdom of their true Self.
My approach integrates somatic healing, trauma-informed coaching, contemplative practice, and creative ritual. It honors the nervous system, the ancestry, and the longing.
Most people come to me in times of transition—shifting careers, identities, or inner narratives. They’ve done the mindset work. They speak the language of growth. But something deeper is asking to be seen and softened.
It’s an honor to walk alongside people in this work. If you feel resonance, I invite you to reach out.

Acknowledgement
I offer deep gratitude to my teacher, Peg Syverson, whose life-affirming teachings and skillful means of transmitting the dharma continues to change my life in profound ways. I want to acknowledge my Sangha at Appamada for the nourishing spiritual friendships without which I would be lost.
I acknowledge that I live and work on the Indigenous lands of Turtle Island, and I offer respect and gratitude to the original stewards of this land.
I bow to the way of the Chan lineage. It is my vow to embody its wisdom the best I can in my life and work, and to carry it forward as part of the living tree of my lineage.
Let’s Begin
Everything begins to shift when we reconnect with our Self—the spacious, creative, and compassionate presence within that knows how to lead with clarity and heart.
