Bio & Headshot

Liya is the founder of Luminous Breathwork, an organization that offers healing and transformative breathwork journeys to support resilience, well-being, and access to inner wisdom, all within a safe, nourishing space available both online and in person.

Before dedicating her life to facilitating inner work, Liya spent 20 years in leadership roles in design and tech. As an immigrant and often the only woman in the room, she faced systemic and intergenerational challenges. After stepping back from her career, her healing journey revealed how deeply her conditioning around external success had undermined her inner confidence and fulfillment.

Today, she works with fellow cycle breakers, helping them untangle inherited patterns through trauma-informed, lineage-sensitive somatic practices.
